To ensure you have a pleasant stay with us, we would like to acquaint you with our house rules. For all additional information make sure to contact your host.
CHECK-IN from 3 p.m. and CHECK-OUT by 10 a.m.
- Upon arrival, please present your ID or passport to the host for the purpose of registration to the Tourist Board. The host will make sure to return your documents as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after the arrival.
- You will be asked to settle the costs of your booked permanence during the first day of permanence.
- The guest will be asked to leave a 100€ security deposit upon arrival for possible damage in the apartment. The amount will be returned to the guest before leaving or will be used to cover the cost of potential damage. Should the cost of the damage be higher than this amount, the guest will be obliged to cover the additional costs.
- The guests are responsible for their personal property and valuable items left in the apartment. The host is not responsible for their loss or damage. In any case, there is a safety deposit box available for use in the apartment.
- The guests are responsible for their behaviour and are responsible to bear the consequences of any harm caused to themselves or other guests during their stay.
- Please be respectful of others and do not make loud noises, especially between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. The host has the right to refuse to accommodate additional guests or charge extra for their accommodation. Furthermore, should the host find any unauthorised guests on site, they have the right to interrupt your stay and keep the full monetary amount of the booked permanence.
- When leaving the apartment make sure to close the windows, turn off the lights, electric appliances (TV, stovetop, etc.) and taps, as well as to lock the door. Furthermore, make sure to leave the air conditioning off when you are not present in the apartment or when there are windows/doors open.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g., environmental or fire danger) the owner of the facility has the right to enter the apartment in the absence of the guests in order to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to notify the guests about the entry into the apartment at the first subsequent contact.
- Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbance to others is prohibited. In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances or other equipment present in the apartment, the guest is obliged to notify the host and when necessary, compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
- It is forbidden to remove or steal appliances and equipment from the apartment.
- It is forbidden to bring weapons or explosive and easily flammable materials to the apartment.
- Smoking (electric devices included) is allowed only outside of the apartment.
- During their stay, the guests are responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment. Before departure, please leave the apartment clean and tidy, switch off all appliances and lights and put the rubbish into the designated containers.
In the event of disregard for house rules, the host has the right to refuse further providing of services.
You may offer your comments, suggestions and compliments to your host who is at your disposal.
When you confirm your stay, you agree to the house rules.
